What does TechnoPulse do?
TechnoPulse is a Shopify Partner and e-commerce growth agency founded in 2021. We build and optimise Shopify and WooCommerce stores, run CRO programmes, manage SEO, paid ads, social and email, and build custom software and apps for DTC brands in the US, Europe and Australia.

Yes. Every project starts with a free audit or consultation and a written quote. You decide after you have seen it.

Projects and timelines
How long does a typical project take?
Most store builds take four to eight weeks, migrations three to six weeks, and design work from a few days to a few weeks.
What affects the timeline?
Catalogue size, integrations, design scope and how quickly feedback comes back. You get a dated plan before we start.
Will I have one point of contact?
Yes. Every client has a dedicated project manager.
Can my team edit the site after launch?
Yes. We build editable sections and record a training walkthrough.
Marketing and growth
Do you report on revenue?
Yes. Reports tie every channel to revenue, conversion rate and return on ad spend.
Do you work month to month?
Yes. Retainers run month to month after the first month.
Which ad platforms do you manage?
Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn and Amazon.
Do you write content and design creatives?
Yes. Copy, graphics, video and email design are all handled in house.
Pricing and payments
How is pricing set?
Projects are priced by scope with a fixed quote, so the price does not change halfway through. Retainers have a fixed monthly fee.
How do payments work?
One time projects are paid 100% upfront before work starts. Monthly retainers are always paid in advance, before each month begins.
Which currencies do you accept?
We invoice in US dollars and accept card and bank transfer.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. We revise until the agreed scope is right, and creative services include unlimited revisions.
